Big Wheel® feeders come in a variety of sizes and capacities and can
be used indoors or outdoors. The
feed sweep and bump bar agitators
provide vibration and continuous
mixing to prevent bridging. Feed
consistency and moisture do not
affect the performance of these
feeders. Many different types
of feed can be used - including
pellets, crumbles, high moisture or
high fat feeds.
• Built to withstand the weather and
severe abuse from the largest hogs
• Large 16-gauge doors close automatically
• Designed wide enough to allow
large hogs to eat comfortably
• Each side has a feed slide adjustable
from the outside
• "Swing Type" hinges allow cover to
drop down flush with side of feeder

Osborne’s signature mechanical
feed flow virtually eliminates
wasted feed in the pit. Pigs turn a multi-spoke wheel in the bottom of the feed
trough as they eat, which sweeps feed past a unique feed cone and out of the
hopper and dispenses the feed to the pigs. When the pigs stop eating, the feeder
stops dispensing.
