AV2 Series Tube Brooder
It’s unique 4-tube, V-Shaped mounted pattern directs heat to where it’s most needed. AV2
Heaters utilize separate upper and lower tube temperatures and a series of reflectors to
distribute heat more uniformly throughout the building, creating an even comfort zone for birds.
Options:
• Single Stage BTU: 80,000 & Dual Stage BTU: 50,000 - 80,000
• Option to direct vent or to duct fresh air to unit to ensure clean combustion
and to reduce maintenance

• Totally enclosed electronics and burner system
• Highly polished aluminum reflectors allow optimum heat pattern for the best uniformity
• Offered with Dual Stage Technology to maximize fuel efficiencies
• A low-pressure system eliminates the need for high-pressure gas lines in the house
• Fresh air intake kit (attic version) with 4"x29" duct pipe, intake cap, chain hanging kit,
and exhaust flapper cap are standard with each heater

• Heater is now 6" longer, adding 1ft. of tube per side
• Motor assembly rotated 90° to reduce the amount of heat it receives
• Exhaust moved to the burner end rather than U-end
• Baffle replaced by a dimple in the tube process
