Nipple/Water Line Cleaner
It is ideally suited for use in all phases of hog farm
sanitation including: nurseries, farrowing crates,
breeding and gestation rooms, loading chutes,
animal transport vehicles, footbaths, waterers and
feeders, and all areas on the pork production facility where effective disease control and biosecurity
are critical to animal health and performance.
It may be applied through high or low pressure
spray apparatus, immersion tank, with mop or
sponge, or through sprinkler systems. Barnstorm
rinses freely from all surfaces and leaves no
chemical residues.
Effective in removal of mineral scale in drinker and water systems.
Use to control calcium and magnesium scale, dissolved iron and
manganese, and sequester alkali metals. Can be used when
birds are in the house; NSF certified for potable water systems.
Directions:
• Mix 1 gallon of warm water with 1 gallon of nipple
cleaner. This prepares a concentrated solution.
• Add 2 gallons of warm water to the 1 gallon concentrated solution in a 5 gallon bucket.
• Meter concentrate into water lines at 1:128. This is
enough to do all water lines in standard broiler house.

Biogel
Gel is the latest technology in cleaning because it does not fall off or dry.
This allows the chemical more time to dissolve the dirt and a better result.
Uses: Agriculture housing surfaces, equipment, and
hatchery surfaces. Not for automotive finishes.
Directions:
• Remove dirt
• For dirty conditions, soak with water
• Dilute 4 oz. - 8 oz. per gallon of water
• Apply with air foaming equipment or high pressure foaming
equipment (minimum of 580 psi) under low pressure and
allow soaking time up to 30 minutes
• Rinse with high or low pressure cold water
• Allow to dry and apply disinfectant

Nipple/Water Line Cleaner
Cleans and decontaminates water lines by removing heavy
soils, scale, and mineral build-up. This product consists of
20% stabilized hydrogen peroxide that dissolves in water to
scrub the nipples and pipes, releasing and dissolving heavy
soils. It also contains peroxy acetic acids that removes
scale that blocks the nipples and reduces water flow.
• Inject at 2% direct from jug and leave in water lines for 12-24 hours
• If injecting at 1:128 ratio, allow 24-48 hours for it to work in the system
• Rinse with plenty of clean water to get all product out of the system,
