Nipple/Water Line Cleaner
Barnstorm Detergent/Cleaner
Free Flows nipple cleaner is a safe descaler for use in swine or
poultry drinkers. Easily maintain your drinker lines from mineral
build-up and corrosion. Safe for use with birds. This concentrated formula should be diluted and can treat 32,000 gallons
of drinking water. Be sure to follow all directions on the product
label for safe application.

To Prepare Concentrate
It is ideally suited for use in all phases of hog farm sanitation including: nurseries, farrowing crates, breeding
and gestation rooms, loading chutes, animal transport
vehicles, footbaths, waterers and feeders, and all areas
on the pork production facility where effective disease
control and biosecurity are critical to animal health and
performance. It may be applied through high or low
pressure spray apparatus, immersion tank, with mop or
sponge, or through sprinkler systems. Barnstorm rinses
freely from all surfaces and leaves no chemical residues.
1. Fill the gallon jug with water.
2. Shake well until all granules are fully dissolved.
To Prepare Stock Solution
• Mix 1 oz. of concentrate per 2 gallons of water.
• This produces stock solution for metering.
• Dilution rate: 2 ounces per gallon of water

• For dirty conditions, soak with water
• Dilute 4 oz. - 8 oz. per gallon of water
• Apply with air foaming equipment or high pressure foaming
equipment (minimum of 580 psi) under low pressure and allow
soaking time up to 30 minutes
• Rinse with high or low pressure cold water
• Allow to dry and apply disinfectant

Cleans and decontaminates water lines by removing heavy
soils, scale, and mineral build-up. This product consists of
20% stabilized hydrogen peroxide that dissolves in water to
scrub the nipples and pipes, releasing and dissolving heavy
soils. It also contains peroxy acetic acids that removes scale
that blocks the nipples and reduces water flow.
