Water Nipple System
Cumberland watering systems are designed
to accommodate the specific needs of your
operation. All systems are engineered for easy
installation and low maintenance to keep operation costs low.
Features:
• No glue necessary; easy push-together assembly
• Optional aluminum support rail
• Standard large volume supply pipe - 1.05"
• Standard support pipe - 1.05"
Use the following formulas to find the correct floor system to order:
• House width in feet divided by 10 feet = # of lines
• (Length of house - 10 feet) divided by 10 feet = # of tubes in each line.
• # of tubes in each line x # of lines= total # of tubes in each house.
• # of tubes in each house x # of nipples in each tube = total # of nipples in each house.
• Total # of birds/house divided by total # of nipples in each house = birds/nipple
• Air-vent tubes recommended every 115' of the nipple line
*When calculating which spacing to order, use the system which offers less birds per nipple.
